About Franny's Outback Cabin Resort Bed & Breakfast, LLC

Franny's Outback Cabin Resort Bed & Breakfast, LLC is owned and operated right here in Dover, Ohio. My company will opens its doors in June of 2015. Watch for my Grand Opening on June 06, Saturday from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. advertised in the Times Reporter under local/area news on May 31, Sunday and June 05, Friday.

I will dedicate to treating every customer like they were a part of my family. Other Bed & Breakfasts may offer similar services like breakfast, but mine offers lunch also from a menu list of your choice, plus a mini petting farm. Other activities are; fishing (catch & release) paddle boating, canoeing, finding sea shells, campfires, playing in the play house and enjoyable moments on the beach. This comes with a personal caring touch that know what families love to do together and what they like.

My loving husband of 33 wonderful years, who has been deceased since May 11, 2012 was the one who really motivated me to open up a Bed & Breakfast. He knew that I have a love for cooking and receive much joy in seeing families come together and sharing great quality time. We have had our cabin and a 2 acre pond with the beach (which was my daughters great idea )for 8 years. I have three wonderful daughters who have always helped me maintain and keep up with the property. We have great family gatherings and great times here where I have decided to share this private, peaceful time with the public.

I have to give all thanks and recognition to my father-in-law for his barn that he built all by himself. He originally built the barn in 1982 with his own hard working hands. He had milking goats (which he had named after his grandchildren). Deep down, my husband knew that some day we would restore the barn and get the animals that he and I loved so much (more me since I had a great love of animals). I know he looks down on me and I see him doing a "Thumbs Up", to me, especially when they are out running free in the field, happy and playing with each other. For me, my heart is happy and it's like a breath of fresh air.

So in October 2012, I got my first set of alpacs, which my husband loved. Well it escalated into three nigerian dwarf goats, two baby doll lambs, two mini pigs and a minature pony. Let's not forget the guardian of them all a female huskey with the prettiest blue eyes, Skyler who guards and protects them all. Where there you have it!! You have to get your children to come visit and play with them all. I have to say, "bring your outdoor clothes because they are very playful!

The most important thing to me is that families can have quiet times, calm surroundings without traveling far from home. I will make their weekend be filled with fun and adventure, "and I have to mention," chowing down on good food.

So please allow me to show you a guaranteed good time and when you leave, go back to your regular scheduled way of life feeling refreshed and have enjoyed a quality family time with your children. And if we are both blessed and fortunate, I will see you again.
